The Enterprise Channel Sales Director role is for a high performance sales leader who can lead and own the channel development, customer acquisition, and attainment of sales goals. This sales leader must have strong history / track record of sales success in the enterprise market with Mobile Location Services and or Mobile Data Solutions. Having established enterprise relationships within the mobile market at multiple levels including executive decision makers is required.
Candidate must bring a proven track record of establishing new business and growing enterprise sales via the wireless carrier channel. Must show ability to introduce new concepts, perform knowledge transfer, and empower the carrier sales team to remove sales obstacles to close contracts. Proven track record with sales fundamentals, metrics, strategy and execution required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be seen and valued as a Subject Matter Expert in selling location services by carrier sales teams.
- Must be able to help carrier sales team to understand customer value propositions and location-based solutions for their accounts and verticals.
- Work with carriers sales teams to identify opportunities and help develop sales strategies and sales tactics to win customer contracts.
- Ability to present location solutions and participate on customer calls with the carrier sales team.
- Must be able to articulate customer requirements derived from the carrier sales channel to Locaid management, including product and operations.
- Must execute programs that maximize product awareness and “selling” mindshare of the carrier channel sales people while ensuring the carrier sales channel ruthlessly qualifies opportunities.
- Must be able to report on key metrics that demonstrate channel development, channel effectiveness, and revenue growth.
Skills and Experience:
- MBA or undergraduate or graduate degree in business administration, commerce, or a related discipline preferred.
- 10 years’ experience in technology sales with a minimum of 5-8 years of proven strategic consultative solution selling in a complex sales cycle environment, ideally in the Mobile Location/Mobile Data domain.
- Strong and proven track record of exceeding goals.
- Superior presentation skills, communication skills, compelling delivery – able to evangelize in new markets.
- The self-sufficient drive of an individual contributor, along with the ability to lead any direct/dotted line reports and work with an extended team.
The Sales Director role is for a high performance sales leader who can lead and own the territory development, customer acquisition, attainment of sales goals, and complete customer relationship. This sales leader must have strong history / track record of sales success in the Territory in the Mobile Location Services/Mobile Data Solutions Industry. Having established relationships within the mobile market with multiple organizations at multiple levels including executive decision makers is required.
Candidate must bring a proven track record of establishing new business, growing existing business and managing a run-rate business in the Territory. Must show ability to introduce new concepts and take contracts to close. Proven track record with sales fundamentals, metrics, strategy and execution required. Competitive package including equity for top candidate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Mobile Market Relationships & Mobile Location Industry Knowledge:
- Well rounded industry knowledge of the Mobile Location Services / Mobile Data Offerings space with customer relationships and contacts.
- Ability to present location services as a value for business applications, brands and enterprise markets.
- Proven success in working with wireless carrier sales and marketing organizations as sales partners.
- Location-Based Services selling experience into enterprise a plus but not required.
Business and Sales Management Knowledge:
- Sales Performance: Looking for sales and sales leadership performance excellence having exceeded personal and leadership targets for multiple contiguous years. Meeting & exceeding all monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets (Top Line Revenue, GAAP Revenue and Profitability). Past high income attainment and fiery disposition/passion to overachieve.
- Sales Reporting: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual forecast (sf.com).
- Solid understanding of the business metrics that matter and experience managing the business for growth: Funnel, Backlog, etc.
- Ability to identify, develop and close sales opportunities, maintain and grow existing revenue streams, and find new areas for revenue growth.
- Ability to introduce large, complex concepts that will be revenue growth of tomorrow through understanding of customer pain points, developing the business case & value propositions, and presenting, cultivating and closing multiple, simultaneous revenue streams.
- Sales Strategy: Developing and continuously improving the overall Mobile Operator Account Strategy.
Skills and Experience:
- MBA or undergraduate or graduate degree in business administration, commerce, or a related discipline preferred.
- 10 years’ experience in technology or media sales with a minimum of 5-8 years of proven strategic consultative solution selling in a complex sales cycle environment, ideally in the Mobile Location/Mobile Data domain.
- Understanding of and experience within the Mobile and LBS marketplace.

- Demonstrated experience negotiating multi-faceted contracts.

Responsible for planning, coordinating and administering matters related to PostgreSQL/MySQL database(s), including performance benchmarking, documentation, upgrades, operational guidelines, security and account maintenance.
Must have experience on MySQL/PostgreSQL clustering, InnoDB ISAM Database engines, An expert in clustering and configuring MySQL/PostgreSQL for replication, RAID, FailOver, Performance tuning, SlowQuery tuning, System Health Maintainance, TCP tunneling/sockets, MySQL Security.
Individual should be able to set up the environments independently, configure, deploy, maintain a Clustered MySQL/PostgreSQL on Private hosted server farm.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish standard operating procedures for administering PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.
- Implement industry standards & best-practices.
- Performance Tune and Benchmark PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.
- Backup & Recover PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.
- Provide as-needed on-call 24x7 support for production PostgreSQL databases.
Job Specifications:
- Undergraduate degree, 8 yrs. relevant work experience or equivalent combination education and relevant work experience.
- 5 yrs. DBA experience working knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL, EnterpriseDB.
- In-depth database development skills.
- Exceptional ability to identify and resolve database related issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
